An Interracial Couple Was Attacked Outside Brentwood Restaurant

BRENTWOOD, TN– On Saturday, October 28th, an interracial couple was allegedly attacked by White Nationalists at the Corner Pub.
According to Metro Police, the 30-year-old woman, who is white, and her 37-year-old boyfriend, who is black, were eating at the Corner Pub on Old Hickory Boulevard on the Davidson County side of Brentwood, when a group of 20 to 30 white people entered the restaurant Saturday night.
The group sat nearby and were talking audibly about the rally and their beliefs regarding “White Lives Matter.”
The group notice the woman and her boyfriend and then told her to leave her boyfriend and join them, leading to an argument which moved outside, according to police, which is when the woman was allegedly punched by a man in the mob.
The police were called and the mob dispersed. The couple were able to escape with only minor injuries.
This is still an on-going investigation.
